SMS / Text Messaging Consent & Terms

These SMS Terms describe the text messaging program operated by Stephanie Mintz and Stephanie Mintz Relationship Consulting™. They supplement our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

1. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (such as challenge reminders, replay links, and related offers) from us at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity (for example, reminders around your registered challenge and occasional follow-ups).

3. Opt-Out

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.

4. Help

For help, reply HELP to any message or email support@stephaniemintz.com.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.

6. Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared or sold to third parties for their marketing purposes. Information may be shared with service providers who help us deliver the messaging service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

7. Eligibility

You must be the account holder of, or have authorization to use, the mobile number you provide, and be at least 18 years old.
