What does the disclaimer mean?

Our Disclaimer means everything here — the Complementary challenge, workbooks, script packs, and any paid program — is relationship education and coaching. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or clinical treatment, and joining does not create a therapist-client relationship.

Is this therapy?

No. Stephanie teaches a structured, skills-based method for communication, conflict repair, and reconnection. If you are in crisis, experiencing abuse, or feel unsafe, please contact a licensed professional or your local emergency services. Coaching can sit alongside therapy, but it does not replace it.

Will I get the same results shown in testimonials?

No. Testimonials come from participants who applied the material consistently. They are not typical or guaranteed. Your experience depends on your situation, your history, and how much of the daily work each person actually does.

Why do results vary?

Because every relationship is different. Variables include how long the pattern has been in place, whether both partners participate, outside stressors, and individual histories. We teach a proven framework; we cannot control how or whether it is practiced.

Can I join if my partner won't?

Yes. Many people start alone. One person changing how they communicate and repair often changes the dynamic — and partners frequently join partway through.

Is the challenge really Complementary?

Yes. All five live sessions and the accompanying materials are Complementary. At the end we introduce our paid programs. You are never required to buy anything to complete the challenge.

What are my privacy rights?

We collect only what we need to deliver the challenge, send reminders, and process applications. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and your rights to access, correct, or delete it. Submit requests via Contact / Data Requests.

What are the Terms of Service?

Our Terms of Service cover use of this website, challenge registration, applications, intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law.

Do you offer refunds?

The Complementary challenge has nothing to refund. Refund terms for paid programs are governed by the agreement you accept at checkout and summarized in our Terms of Service. Questions? Email support@stephaniemintz.com.

Are you affiliated with the social platforms?

No. This challenge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or administered by Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, X, or any media outlet named on this site.
